B.Com LL.B. in India is a 5-year integrated programme that blends commerce education with professional legal training, typically structured across 10 semesters. Students study commerce subjects such as Financial Accounting, Business Economics, Costing, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Management, and Business Statistics alongside foundational and advanced law papers like Legal Methods, Contract, Tort, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Labour Law, Tax Laws, Civil and Criminal Procedure, and Intellectual Property Rights. The course also includes compulsory clinical and practical components prescribed by the Bar Council of India (BCI), such as moot courts, legal aid activities, drafting and pleading, and internships with advocates, courts, law firms, companies, or NGOs.
