B.Sc. The course builds a strong base in crop science, soil science, agronomy, horticulture, plant pathology, entomology, genetics and plant breeding, agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, and extension education. Many universities include Rural Agricultural Work Experience (RAWE), hands-on training at research stations/KVKs, and exposure visits to agri-industries and farms. Educational Qualification

10+2 (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/or Mathematics (subject combination as per university) with typically 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories in many institutions).
