MBA in Banking is a specialised postgraduate programme under Management & Business designed to build managerial and domain capabilities for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Along with core MBA foundations such as marketing, HR, operations and strategic management, students study banking regulations and compliance, credit appraisal, treasury and ALM, risk management, financial statement analysis and customer relationship management. Many institutes also include fintech, digital banking, analytics, and governance topics to reflect modern banking needs.
