Eligibility
Eligibility for CUET UG 2026 requires candidates to have passed or be appearing in Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board, with no age limit imposed by NTA. However, universities may set specific age or subject requirements for programs. General category candidates typically need at least 50% in Class 12, while SC/ST/OBC require 45%, though this varies by institution. Subject choices in CUET must align with the desired course; for instance, science programs demand relevant domain tests like Physics or Biology. Indian nationals, including NRIs and foreign students, can apply, but reservations apply to SC (15%), ST (7.5%), OBC-NCL (27%), EWS (10%), and PwD (5%). Verify university-specific criteria to ensure compliance.
