KCET 2026 features an offline mode with four papers split over two days: Biology (Morning) and Mathematics (Afternoon) on Day 1, Physics (Morning) and Chemistry (Afternoon) on Day 2. Each paper has 60 MCQs worth 1 mark, totaling 180 marks, with 80 minutes per session and no negative marking. Questions are objective, drawn from PUC syllabus, testing recall, application, and analysis. Candidates choose PCM for engineering or PCB for pharma/agri, with a Kannada test for Horanadu/Kannadiga candidates. The pattern promotes comprehensive coverage, with normalization for multi-version papers ensuring fairness.
