GGU Special Offline UG Counselling on Sept 29

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (GGU), Bilaspur, will conduct a special offline (spot) counselling for undergraduate courses against vacant seats on September 29, 2026. The university has released detailed guidelines for this final opportunity to secure admission in various UG programmes under CUET UG 2026.

Department-wise vacancy lists were published on the official website (ggu.ac.in) on September 24, 2026. Interested candidates — including those who appeared in CUET UG 2026, those who did not appear, or even those who never applied — can participate. Fresh applications will be accepted only against vacant seats.

Candidates must report in person to the concerned department between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM on September 29. They should submit a request on plain paper along with photocopies of marksheets, caste certificate (if applicable), CUET application form and score card (if available). Original documents are mandatory for verification.

Departments will prepare three merit lists on the same day: first for registered candidates already in the non-exhausted merit list, second based on relevant CUET scores, and third on Class 12 marks. Tie-breaking rules will follow earlier notifications. Shortlisted candidates must pay the fee online the same day as directed by the Head of Department.
