BA LLB in Constitutional Law is a 5-year integrated UG degree that blends humanities subjects such as political science, sociology, and economics with professional legal training. The curriculum places strong emphasis on the Indian constitutional framework, federalism, separation of powers, fundamental rights and duties, directive principles, constitutional remedies, and the working of Parliament, State Legislatures, and constitutional bodies. Students also study key companion areas like administrative law, public international law, human rights, and jurisprudence to understand how constitutional principles operate in real governance. Through moot courts, legal aid clinics, internships, and research projects, learners gain practical exposure to constitutional interpretation, writ jurisdiction, PIL, and public law litigation strategy.
