The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) has released the Round 7 seat allotment results for IAT 2026 on September 1, 2026. Candidates can check their status on the official portal iiseradmission.in using their application number and password.

Only a few campuses (mainly Berhampur, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tirupati) had seats left in this round. The last date to accept the seat and pay the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) is September 3, 2026.

Steps to Accept the Seat:

1. Visit iiseradmission.in and log in.

2. Check your allotted institute and programme.

3. Choose “Accept & Freeze” or “Accept & Float”.

4. Pay the SAF online (₹35,000 for General/EWS/OBC-NCL/PwD/KM; ₹17,500 for SC/ST).

5. Download the allotment letter.

Failure to pay the fee by the deadline will cancel the allotted seat.
